Question: My computer or software isn't working right. What should I do first?:
Answer:
Call MME? You could, but the first thing we will ask you is have you turned the computer completely off (not just a restart) and back on again. It's a sad fact about Microsoft Windows, but this solves about 75% of the problems. Once you've restarted the PC, has the problem cleared up? If the problem persists it is time to give us a call. When you call try to know as much as possible about what 'triggers' the problem, and be at the computer so we can try and 'twiddle' things while you're on the phone with us.
